Brainstorm methods – Brainwriting
This method is ideal when you have more introvert people in the group or a tendency for some participants to dominate the process by continuously taking the word. Rather than speaking ideas out loud, the participants write their ideas on post its and put these in a bag or box. This way all initial ideas will be collected. Next, post-its are picked randomly from the container and discussed within the group. It prevents a first come first serve bias in the ideas being discussed
